How do I track my order?

Every order receives an order number in the format MG-00001. You can track an order in two ways:

• Public tracker: enter your order number and the email you used at checkout at multigoal.uk/track
• Signed-in account: visit Account → Orders for full order history with line items

Once a courier picks up your parcel you will also receive a tracking link by email from the carrier (DPD, Parcelforce or Palletline depending on weight).
