What happens if I miss the delivery?

Couriers will attempt redelivery the next day or leave a card with instructions.

Smaller parcels (pop-ups, balls, accessories) are usually delivered by DPD and Parcelforce. If no one is in, they will leave a card with redelivery and safe-place options.

Pallets cannot be left in a safe place. The pallet courier will telephone you before delivery to confirm a window. If you are not in when they attempt delivery, a redelivery fee may apply.
